The New Kid on the Block!

In case you are wondering, is this a theme park or a packed shopping mall, the answer is BOTH! I resisted going to the new kid on the block, VIVO CITY for a couple of weeks since opening but finally, I did. And I realised, I had 1/3 of Singapore's population
for company that day.

The moment we got off the train, we were flabbergasted! I have never seen such a crowd besides being in the National Day Parade. What is this? A national gathering????

VIVO City is located opposite the shores of sentosa and is incredible. It even boasts a wading pool the size of 1 and a half football field on its rooftop! My jaws just dropped when I saw it.

Beep, beep, I love you!

Hi Auntie Serene, this is how I look now.

LOL, Ryan

Goong

Needless to say, I am one of those Korean drama fanatics. Goong is now my current addiction. The ending episodes were hard to bear, especially with the Princess who cannot stop crying.

In TS's words, I am totally addicted. Cos I made him sit down and watch the last 5 episodes with me to the wee hours of the morning. Eventually, we only got to bed at 4am. In defense, I told him, it is not possible to sleep not knowing what happened when the previous ending always had a cliffhanger effect.

But seriously, the Koreans really has a knack at this. Beautiful clothes, settings, people, food...to melt your senses.

Mission - "Pyjamas Sausage"

Don't underestimate this exercise. Singaporeans take swimming lessons quite seriously. Every weekend, the pool is filled with scores of parents bringing their children to learn swimming in their early years...I am one of these parents : )

It is amazing to watch. There are at least 10 instructors with their respective classes (N=10 children). Not an inch is left in uncovered in the pool...quite amusing to watch them "splashing" into each other's paths!

But then again, don't underestimate this exercise : )

Annoucing the Official Launch of Momo's Diaries

I have finally arrived. I thought the world of IT is not a place for an IT goondo* like myself. But what the heck, it has enough space for another netizen like me to share my world with others.

* Singaporeans use this to refer to people who know nothing about something. To put it crudely, "dummy")
