Step 2 ~ Put the 'Pill' into a bowl of boiling water.
Step 3 ~ Drink it up.I got a box of this pill from my Sis. The Bak Foong Pill is said to be a highly potent pill concocted with many Chinese herbs to promote health and youth. But take it at your own risk! I was shocked at how huge the 'Pill' was (Measured 4cm by 2.5cm) and it certainly tasted 'out of this world'. When I read the contents, I was doubly shocked (semen sesami nigrum?? Faeces Trogopterori??).Er, Serene, you can have the rest back.
Ways to eat it: Chew it in your mouth or follow the steps above.
T.S wanted to stop me from torturing myself but I drank it up anyway. This reminded me how the 'Ashes in Water' concoction my mum forced me to drink but this is worse. Don't ask me why I have to eat this...

hahahaha! so funny! I didnt even see the contents! You are so brave to drink it nevertheless. Now that I know, I think the box I have will remain there for a long time...
