Hard to come by. Have not eaten it in years! But saw it at the City Hall foodcourt so had to buy one. But it sure doesn't beat the ones my mom used to make when I was young.
Going to find out how to cook this paper wrapped chicken...wish me luck!

Did Mum make it really? I cannot remember! I only remember those at Red star..
She did, she did! I still remembered the taste. With ginger and spring onions inside. She made only once or twice only...very long ago, maybe you were too young. Some other foodstuff I remembered:
1) black chicken soup over charcoal fire
2) one whole basket of clams
3) chilli crab
4) steamed chicken, cantonese style
